I had this problem for sometime and tried almost everything to get Adsense to show on my Blogger and my Website nothing seemed to work, turns out it was a simple fix.
Here's what I did:
If you are running Windows, you will want to Explore c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc
find the file named "HOST" and right click it and select open, use Notepad to view it.
Now what you want to do is hold CTRL and hit F and find the word "Google".
Delete everything with the word Google in it, keep clicking the find next button in the find window.
When you have finished deleting all the entries you want to save the file. Once the file is saved right click on it and go to properties and select the Read Only box.
Check your Blog or Web Site and you should see your Adsense Ads.

This is going to sound kinda funny but trust me it does work.
If you have a Hard Drive that's going out on you and every time you try to transfer all your data to another disk it keeps failing you will want to take the following steps:
- Get some ziplock bags
- Put HDD in ziplock bag
- Stick it in your freezer and wait for a few hours
- Connect your HDD and get the info off as fast as you can
This has worked for me every time.

Unfortunately there is no one "best anti-virus program" to protect yourself, but with a combination of these free programs you can feel much safer while doing your thing on the net.
Be sure to update you software regularly:
Avast Antivirus
or AVG Free (but not both) you shouldn't have more than one Antivirus Program on your system.
And these are a must for Adware and Spyware removal:
SpyBot
And
Anti Malware

First I would suggest using the Firefox browser, IE has too many issues.
After you have Firefox installed go here to download (download helper).
You should see the 3 colored balls in your tool bar or you can specify where to put it like at the bottom of the browser window if you like by going to tools > addons > download helper options.
When you view a video on any website the dlhelper logo spins and you click the down arrow to save the file.
Once the file is saved you need a FLV player like Wimpy or VLC to watch the video.
